Relax under the tent and enjoy a delicious multi-course gourmet dinner with wine pairings prepared by Chef Anthony, owner of 111 Bistro.
Seating is limited. Includes two-day festival pass with tasting tickets. Tickets: $125 or $900 for a table of 8
First Course: heirloom tomato salad, burrata, basil, balsamic gel
Second Course: scallop w/cream sweet corn, onion jam
Third Course: salmon, spice rub, grilled asparagus, pink strawberry peppercorn
Fourth Course: petite filet, zucchini succotash, herb demi
Fifth Course: pound cake w/berries, creme anglaise, mint

6 to 8 pm
Mix and mingle as you sip a variety of wines and savor samples from area restaurants.
Includes a glass of wine and festival pass with 10 tasting tickets.
